Our property was initially on the market from $375,000 for 3 months with no interest. Sandy did a presale report with a priority check list which gave us a range of cost options. As we were on a budget we did most of the work ourselves.
Sandy suggested we had the bench tops resurfaced and the kitchen cupboards repainted. Cost wise this was the most expensive part of the makeover but well worth it.
I found it so helpful to be able to contact Sandy and discuss options with her as we progressed through the makeover of our home for sale. Her advice was invaluable and enabled us to prioritise our spending on those areas that would have the most impact.
The final wow factor was the styling of the property with hire furniture. It looked amazing!
We spent $8,000 on the presale makeover process, which included everything.
The property sold for $395,000 on the first home open.
Thank you Sandy!
