The owners Investment Property had been rented and generally well looked after. They had a small budget to Spruce Up their property and little time, as they ran a business and had children. I was engaged and managed and coordinated the whole makeover. The property was in good condition, however given the competitive selling market the owners knew they had to spend some money and furnish the property. Hire furniture was out of the question given the hire cost, however I came up with create and cost effective options for the client to partially furnish the property.
