Having made a big decision to have someone make over our house whilst being thousands of miles away we must say that we haven't regretted it one bit.

Since the day we located you on the internet whilst we were in Hong Kong, you got back to me without delay and this regular communication and updates never ceased throughout the make over. At no point did we feel "isolated" and not aware of what was going on from day to day.

We cannot thank you enough for the effort, hard work and extra mile you went into transforming the 15 year old rental into a "show home"..it looks fantastic. You have done such a great job that we were in two minds as to whether now we should sell or not?!!

Hi Sandy, Gary and Kelli the photographer have just been. Gary commented that it now looks like a "show home" and I must admit I'm very impressed.

I've also been on their web site and the photos look fantastic.

Gary asked me about your business and I gave you a glowing reference and showed him the report you prepared and the consultation. I think he may be sending quite a lot of work your way as I said the clients don't have to go further after the report -they can do it themselves if they want to.

When I first heard of Spruce Ups by Sandy, I wasn't sure if there was much else that we could do to our home. Our Real Estate Agent seemed to have already gone over it with a fine tooth comb. I now realise the agent needed to keep us on side and therefore he was not willing to be too direct with us in case we were offended. Sandy came into our home with a fresh set of eyes that had never seen the place before. That to me was the most important thing. We knew our house was fabulous compared to the state we had bought it in, but a buyer was not going to know what it used to look like. It was important that we knew what the first impression of our house was. We were on a tight budget, having already used most of our savings to prepare for the sale, and Sandy was able to give us many suggestions that were either free or cost very little to do. With minimal effort and money, we managed to improve the key areas of our house including the front garden, the kitchen and the outdoor entertaining area. Our house sold within 2 weeks of making those few recommended changes and we got over 98% of our asking price. Thanks Sandy!!
