Market Ready Inspection

What is invilved in a Market Ready Inspection?

You need to set aside 1.5-2 hours for our in-home consultation.  For investors they generally don't attend the proeprty, so we can arrange a visit through the Property Manager.

We will do a walkthrough of the proeprty first to get an overall feel for the home.  We will then discuss a number of thoughts with you and get feedback on some of your ideas so that we can provide guidance to you on this.  

We then discuss budget and understand what your limit for spending is so that we can target our suggestions to fit within your budget, or provide the right level of advice if we think you should consider increasing or decreasing your spend.

We will do a room by room walk through assessing each rooms condition and noting a range of recommendation on property presentation.  This is written down into a detailed report.

At the end of the assessment we sit down with you and develop the priority action list so that we ensure you get focussed on what needs to be completed.
