What is Presale Home Makeover Advice

Presale Property or Home Makeover is the preparation of the home for sale through cosmetic transformations.  It is considered the first step in preparing a home for sale and is key to increasing the sale value of a home.  Some areas maybe painting, gardening, dealing with maintenance issues or providing cosmetic makeover solutions from problems areas.  It is not renovations.

Every home before it is presented for sale requires work to be undertaken to address general repairs and maintenance, update and modernise key areas with a focus to minimising any problem areas.  The makeover is to ensure the focus of buyers is on the positive aspects of the property and not the negative or problem areas. 

This is the stage required to be completed prior to any Styling or Home Staging of the Property.
